Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support for client service team and development team and act as
a primary point of escalation for questions/problems.
• Communication link between IT, Software and Client Services.
• Provide Operational expertise around assigned products/projects and insures
that they can be effectively supported.
• Proactively build tools and drive processes and procedures to provide
efficiencies to the product support group and client services. • On-Call
responsibilities.
